What's in it, how to take it and why we formulated it this way. Here are the things people ask us most.
The main fibre type in Sol.ve is partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG), a soluble prebiotic fibre. We chose PHGG because it dissolves easily, has a low-viscosity texture and is well suited to a simple daily drink.
Sol.ve is a light, mixed berry drink. It has a subtle saltiness from the electrolytes. The PHGG itself dissolves readily in water without forming a thick gel. Because the formula also contains minerals, you may notice a small amount of natural settling. Give it another stir or shake and keep sipping.
We wanted to make the foundations easier, not create another ingredient list for the sake of it. Sol.ve combines PHGG prebiotic fibre with magnesium, calcium, sodium and potassium in one daily drink. These nutrients each have different roles in normal body function, including digestion, fluid balance, nerve function and muscle function.
Mix one serve into 200–400 mL of cold water and stir or shake well. If you don't usually eat much fibre, starting with a smaller amount and building up gradually can make the change easier.
Whenever you're most likely to remember it. Sol.ve doesn't contain caffeine or other stimulants, so there's no particular time of day you need to take it. Morning, afternoon or evening: make it fit your routine.
No. Sol.ve is formulated as a supplementary sports food and is not suitable for pregnant women or children under 15 years of age. It should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision. If you are breastfeeding or have specific health concerns, speak with your healthcare professional before use.
Yes. Sol.ve is gluten free and vegan friendly. It is packed in a facility that also processes products containing milk, soy, tree nuts and fish.
Sol.ve is for adults who want a simpler way to prioritise daily fibre, hydration and essential minerals. It's not about adding more supplements to your routine. It's about making a few important foundations easier to get consistently.
